By accessing or using ConnectPro services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
ConnectPro provides internet, television, and telephone services to residential and business customers. Service availability, speeds, and features vary by location and service plan.
Services are available only in select areas. We reserve the right to determine service availability based on network infrastructure, technical feasibility, and other factors. Service may not be available in all locations.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services.
All prices are subject to change. Advertised rates require paperless billing enrollment. Standard rates apply if paperless billing is not activated or is cancelled. Prices do not include taxes, fees, or surcharges.
Billing occurs monthly in advance. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account, including:
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, or prepay methods. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges.
If payment is not received by the due date, we may charge a late fee and suspend or terminate service. Service suspension does not relieve you of payment obligations.
Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no annual contract required. You may cancel service at any time without early termination fees.
To cancel service, you must provide notice to ConnectPro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise specified. You remain responsible for all charges through the cancellation date.
If you cancel service before the end of a billing period, you will be charged for the full month unless you cancel within the first 30 days of service initiation.
Equipment may be leased from ConnectPro or purchased. Leased equipment remains property of ConnectPro and must be returned upon service termination.
Upon service cancellation, you must return all leased equipment within 30 days. Failure to return equipment will result in charges for replacement equipment.
You are responsible for protecting equipment from damage, theft, or loss. You may be charged for repair or replacement of damaged equipment.
Installation may be performed by customer (self-install) or by ConnectPro technician. Installation fees apply as follows:

We strive for 99.9% network uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, repairs, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
We do not guarantee that services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We may manage network traffic to ensure optimal performance for all customers. This may include bandwidth management, traffic prioritization, and security measures.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with ConnectPro services are owned by ConnectPro or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without express written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTPRO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECTPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ConnectPro harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact ConnectPro customer service to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
