Service Installation

Installation services are subject to the following:

  • Standard installation may be completed by customer or technician
  • Technician installation fees may apply (up to $149)
  • Construction charges may apply for new installations (typically $500-$2,000)
  • Installation appointments are subject to availability
  • Customer must be present during installation

Equipment

Equipment policies include:

  • Customers may provide their own compatible equipment
  • Equipment may be leased from Netwics (up to $17/month)
  • One-time equipment purchase available (up to $200 + tax)
  • Leased equipment must be returned upon service termination
  • Equipment replacement fees apply for damaged or unreturned equipment

Refund Policy

Service Refund Terms:

  • No long-term contract is required; services may be cancelled at any time.
  • No early termination fees apply.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the service activation date.
  • All refunds are subject to review and approval in accordance with company policies.
  • Any issued refund will be prorated based on the services used.
  • All company-owned equipment must be returned within fifteen (15) days of service cancellation to avoid additional charges.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify service plans and pricing
  • Change service terms and conditions
  • Update equipment requirements
  • Discontinue services with appropriate notice

Network Management

Netwics manages its network to ensure optimal performance for all customers. This may include:

  • Traffic prioritization during peak hours
  • Bandwidth management to prevent network congestion
  • Security measures to protect network integrity
  • Compliance with legal requirements

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security and passwords
  • Proper use of services in accordance with terms
  • Payment of all charges and fees
  • Protecting equipment from damage
  • Compliance with all applicable laws
